General Fitness / Body Recomposition
Attempting to tackle fitness in a world full of gimmicks and misinformation is overwhelming. HHSS brings things back to basics with highly effective and efficient resistance training. A major emphasis is place on foundation building stability style movements targeting muscular imbalance, posture and core. Each workout is unique and catered specifically to your needs.

Nutrition
We place an emphasis on whole food nutrition. We create a plan focused on goal appropriate macronutrient split and proper food timing.
