I've been lifting weights for over 20 years, but it wasn't until my sessions with D that I really began to understand the nuance involved with this amazing lifestyle. I signed up for training with the intent to improve my form on the major lifts, and to identify and strengthen my weak points to ensure I live a long, healthy, active life. With those goals in mind, D showed up big every day. She paid attention, she watched me, she evaluated my body, my mood, and my mentality every single session. She adjusted when it was necessary without a second's pause and always had an easy, comfortable demeanor about her. With two sessions a week for 12 weeks, not only did we accomplish what we set out to do, but I entered into my first powerlifting meet and made a great friend! She is a true professional and an expert in her craft. I can't recommend training with Daniela enough!

To whoever may read this, Daniela aka Boss D is one of the most in-touch and in-tune nutritional coaches out there. With her years of experience and knowledge in the lifting and diet community, she is my go-to person when I have any questions about my health and well-being. My build was classified as a fit male weighing in around the 270s at 25% body fat and standing 6’4. I was in much need to lose a bit of weight. To give a brief summary of the diet plan she gave me I’ll explain the diet itself and the effects it had on my body. To start Daniela wanted a rundown of what I was eating and what my diet consisted of. Being the normal 21-year-old I was at the time I ate anything and everything in sight because my goal was to put on weight and maintain weight. She estimated the calories I was taking in on a daily and then I gave an approximate on how much weight I was putting on a month. With this background I provided Daniela was able to come up with a well-thought-out diet that would fit my cutting needs. To keep it simple it was a 3 meal diet consisting of breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a protein shake or a snack in-between if needed. There was one strict rule though and that was when I had my carbs that it was only one meal and after my workout. The diet itself was high protein, moderate fats, and low carb. Proteins consist of fish or beef, fats consist of olive oil or ghee and carbs are rice. With this diet in place, I was able to go from 272lbs to 225lbs in a 5-month time frame. I never really felt sluggish or tired and my strength levels did not drop. It was a very slow and controlled weight loss journey and Daniela was beyond attentive with weekly checkups and the every so often how do you feel, how are you doing. Overall I was beyond please with the results and honestly the motherly role Daniela played, she just wants everyone to be happy fit, and healthy both physically and mentally.
